Just terrible… looking in to options to close my accounts. Only reason this is open is for tax purposes, at this point. The Fed’s are less of a headache than doing business with BofA.
They didn't respect my shift, they were taking care of me when someone else arrived and they just left me there
The service here is okay but nothing special. Some employees are helpful and friendly, but others seem rushed. Wait times can be hit or miss, sometimes quick, sometimes frustratingly slow. Fees feel a little higher than I’d like. The branch is clean and easy to find, which is a plus. Overall it’s fine for basic banking needs, but there’s room for improvement.
