Customer service was horrible and when I asked to speak to a manager I was refused the service. I simply came in to open up a bank account and they turned me away without giving an explanation. I was attended by Ivonne.
Just terrible… looking in to options to close my accounts. Only reason this is open is for tax purposes, at this point. The Fed’s are less of a headache than doing business with BofA.
They didn't respect my shift, they were taking care of me when someone else arrived and they just left me there
