Manager is very incompetent. Had to go to another branch to get what I needed
Best BOA and customer service ever!! All are so pleasant and not rushing!!
Not only was the customer service horrible and did not listen to an actual question, the branch manager was ridiculous and called back then hung up on me instead of talking professionally to me. Neither individual would or could answer a generic question. Not related to a customer but a generic banking question.
Ernest was wonderful! Helped me out as soon as I walked in. Extremely helpful, great conversation and excellent customer service! Thank you so much again! Will be back 🙏🏻👍🏻
