Horrible experience. Wrote about my horrible experience and somehow they had the review removed. I will not add details this time. Just know if you go here or bank with BofA they have gone completely downhill in the last 5 years and it is getting progressively worse.
Never have more than one person there to help you. Attitudes are not good! ATM doesn’t work properly. Wanted 500 in cash and it never gave me the money. Had to file a claim. Service is not something that seems to be very important to Bank Of America! This Location used to be the best! Very very sad. When Monica was there managing the branch it was a 10! Really miss her and how she took care of everyone great leader, great manager!
My debit card number was stolen after using the drive-up ATM at this bank....
This branch is never open. There is only one teller. Don't use there ATM to deposit cash they will hold it hostage for 1-3 business days and you cant access it at other branches. I've banked with them for 27 years and there customer service since the pandemic has is the worst you can imagine.
