Amazing service, no wait, knowledgeable staffÂ
Opened at 10 and no tellers at the windows. Very nice people and good service from them once they appeared. However my complaint is about the $7.50 fee for shipping euros to the bank. No one at the branch or by phone would wave it for a 30 year loyal customer. I’m disappointed that such a big bank would nickel and dime like that. Maybe I don’t need to be loyal any longer.Â
i was exchanging coins at this place. After counted serval time to make sure everyhting is correct. Farima comparied my rolls to hers by eye measuring and said two of my coin rolls aren't correct. I have to recount 100 coins and they are correct. Sorry but get a scale next time and stop wasting my timeÂ
