Ridiculous situation happened now. The manager started talking with me in the middle of everybody. Calling my attention for something that Noone asked him. Totally disrespectful. During more than 7 years of a loyalty bank of america client this was the first time that I considered changing my bank. Totally disappointed.

Management is excellent, very helpful with my mother that she refused to have cellphone and grandmother, she has cellphone, doesn't know how to use it.
