Good luck having anybody answering the phone at this location.
Took over 20 minutes for someone to see us. Then all they did was tell us that they couldn’t make the change to our account that day and we would have to schedule another appointment and come back. Also, they are only open 9 to 4 now so it’s extremely difficult to get in around a work schedule
They wouldn't notarize a form purely because there wasn't a notary section on the form, even though I verified with the company while on the phone with them that the form had to be notarized to surrender our policies. The most ridiculous excuse to not help I have ever seen, I knew right away that Midfirst Bank would help and they did. B of A sucks.
Thanks for Sedin great helping. He was soooooo nice, friendly to help us setting all of our accounts, and patient to teach us and explain why and how to do next step. My husband, my friends and I, all of us really appreciated for his help. Sedin was really excellent.
