They wouldn't notarize a form purely because there wasn't a notary section on the form, even though I verified with the company while on the phone with them that the form had to be notarized to surrender our policies. The most ridiculous excuse to not help I have ever seen, I knew right away that Midfirst Bank would help and they did. B of A sucks.
Thanks for Sedin great helping. He was soooooo nice, friendly to help us setting all of our accounts, and patient to teach us and explain why and how to do next step. My husband, my friends and I, all of us really appreciated for his help. Sedin was really excellent.
I have been using/going here for almost 6 years. The teller is always so nice, 'Ricky', and the team of Francisco, Yeltzin, the area bankers I have worked with over the years have helped us build 3 businesses here. They care, are easy to get in touch with, and if it's not their depermtnet they will find someone who can help you.
Worst customer service. All I wanted was to get something notarized. Left me hanging for 20 min. While they helped 7 other walkins...
