Thanks for Sedin great helping. He was soooooo nice, friendly to help us setting all of our accounts, and patient to teach us and explain why and how to do next step. My husband, my friends and I, all of us really appreciated for his help. Sedin was really excellent.
I have been using/going here for almost 6 years. The teller is always so nice, 'Ricky', and the team of Francisco, Yeltzin, the area bankers I have worked with over the years have helped us build 3 businesses here. They care, are easy to get in touch with, and if it's not their depermtnet they will find someone who can help you.
Worst customer service. All I wanted was to get something notarized. Left me hanging for 20 min. While they helped 7 other walkins...
After reading reviews, I did not have high expectations for my first visit to this branch. However, it was fantastic. Pleasantly greeted and offered assistance as I walked in the door, my transaction was handled most efficiently by an exceptionally nice teller, and I was approached by two staff persons on my way out to ensure I had what I needed. I am a long time BoA customer. This was the best service I can remember.
