The manager on duty was unprofessional and very unhelpful. This bank has just continued to go downhill over the years.
2.5 stars … I wonder why . HORRIBLE customer service STAY AWAY FROM ATMS ! After 23 years of being with them they can’t issue a temp credit !!??? I had a ATM ISSUE (since they don’t work half the time ) and now I have to wait 10 business days without even a courtesy credit ! I’m switching to a better bank SAT AWAY FROM THIS BANK ! 0 stars in customer service !!!!
Worthless branch, only open 10am-4pm, this is when real people work. Don't bother getting help from bankers regarding your account they won't do anything
