I'm just not a fan of these corporate banks any longer. They really don't seem to care about the regular person. I used to work for BofA back in 07. Everybody was important no matter what. Today, you're just a $ amout to them. The lady that helped me was nice which got the 3 stars. We're ready to close all of our accounts and move over to a credit union. They're much more personable and will go above and beyond to help you out. After almost 35 years of banking here, it's time to move on. I encourage more people to switch to ... read more
