I didn’t feel like there was any motivation to help me restore my account until making a payment was mentioned. It took the rep about 3 minutes to fix the problem after waiting an hour on the phone , two hours in person , and being told to come back with unnecessary info . I Will not do business eith boa again once the promo is over . Buyer beware !
