A customer of ours wrote a check to pay for tree services the bank didn’t honor his check because they said this customer doesn’t usually pay by check. I brought with me the bank letter, original check (mobile deposit previously) which reference my business account and I was asked “do you have an account with us”? Never once looked at my account or asked for my id. Seriously, I have accounts with BOFA for the past 28 years!! Idiots!!
The Assistant Manager, Mina, did an excellent job for us. We really appreciated the fact that you’re open on a Saturday and could help us get financial paperwork so that we could put in an offer on a house. Thank you, Mina!
Mina is the most thorough, personable, and honest representative of this bank I’ve ever encountered.
Literally told me I could get part of my check on a certain day and time even have it on paper, turns out I have to wait even longer, still don’t have the money and I’m losing my mind thanks. Worst bank ever.
