outstanding customer assistance from Josette & Pat both. I had to open new accounts & transfer money from old accounts. I was show compassion and immediate assistance with professionalism and a smile
I am not sure if anyone will be reading this, but I am just going to say that I am very disappointed and frustrated about the Merrill Lynch representative at this branch, I have worked with her for more than 3 months to add my spouse to my Merrill Lynch account and I have filled out so many forms but till now my spouse was not added, I just lost trust with this agent and I will have to find a different bank of America branch that might have more qualified agents to support, very disappointing!
Dalia was amazing! She helped us open a bank account for my student daughter and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Dalia explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and guided us through each step with professionalism and warmth. It was a truly great experience!
