I am not sure if anyone will be reading this, but I am just going to say that I am very disappointed and frustrated about the Merrill Lynch representative at this branch, I have worked with her for more than 3 months to add my spouse to my Merrill Lynch account and I have filled out so many forms but till now my spouse was not added, I just lost trust with this agent and I will have to find a different bank of America branch that might have more qualified agents to support, very disappointing!
Dalia was amazing! She helped us open a bank account for my student daughter and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Dalia explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and guided us through each step with professionalism and warmth. It was a truly great experience!
A customer of ours wrote a check to pay for tree services the bank didn’t honor his check because they said this customer doesn’t usually pay by check. I brought with me the bank letter, original check (mobile deposit previously) which reference my business account and I was asked “do you have an account with us”? Never once looked at my account or asked for my id. Seriously, I have accounts with BOFA for the past 28 years!! Idiots!!
The Assistant Manager, Mina, did an excellent job for us. We really appreciated the fact that you’re open on a Saturday and could help us get financial paperwork so that we could put in an offer on a house. Thank you, Mina!
