Withdrew money and it gave me a ripped $20 how did this even get passed through omg.
Was difficult to get assitance in depositing my coins said it would have to be rolled when there wasnt enough to complete the roll when I was finally helped and coins taken had a few euro coins and they said they didnt take those either I dont know why when this bank is slow its so difficult to help people out, forget this bank, looking into changing banks. Worst customer service experience ever idk of it just this location or all bank of america.
This branch location is the worst. I have banked here going on two years and my most recent experience with the small business rep was horrible. No personality, very dry and rude. I applied for an auto loan that he completely wasted my time asking redundant questions. I have capital in my account and a current auto loan that shows a year history of timely payments and much more than my monthly. Bank of America does not help minorities or women owned businesses.
