This is not branch specific. My 401K deposit was rejected with no explanation or warning from Bank of America and I am now homeless because I wasn't able to pay a full balance to move in. They are now mailing a check and I will be homeless for the next week and a half. Thank you BofA.Â

Bank of America used to provide good consumer service, but hay changed several years ago. They no longer provide good service. I have stayed with them for almost 50 years despite their dwindling service. Looking for a change.Â
