Needed help to straighten out an account. The staff was very helpful and spent a lot of time working through my issue. The problem was created by another branch in a different state.
This is not branch specific. My 401K deposit was rejected with no explanation or warning from Bank of America and I am now homeless because I wasn't able to pay a full balance to move in. They are now mailing a check and I will be homeless for the next week and a half. Thank you BofA.
Not so much help, they couldn’t do something really simple.
