Although this is not the unit responsible for credit card issues, the manager here enthusiastically helped us communicate with the credit card center and eventually successfully lifted the credit card restrictions. Received a call in CT. Difficult to understand and upon examining the prompt: indicated it was a scam. When I *69 the number, I was confused and concerned as it was from a location in a State I have family. The person did not ID themselves or ask for a person living here.
