I've had a great experience at this place! Each time I've visited, I've been able to get in and out quickly. The staff is really helpful and always addresses my needs promptly.
I had a wonderful experience at Bank of America recently. Ameena James was invaluable, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me to get the credit card. I greatly appreciate their excellent customer service.
I have been severely penalized for the results of these people's incompetence.
We've been banking here for over 20 years....20 years too long. Went to get a wire transfer at the branch. They obviously messed up and blamed the business I tried to wire money too. We printed the information out and gave to the teller. End of the day they told me that the bank we wired to rejected the money. Went home and did online the wire went through with the same exact information! Then they have the nerve to charge me 30 dollars fee after they wasted 2 trips to the bank and close to an hour phone call that didn't res... read more
