I use BOA for my Business & Personal accts. This specific locations lobby Staff do not meet the expectations I have for a banking service. The ATM’s have frequent technical issues rendering them inoperable. I go out of my way to go to their surrounding locations to satisfy my client needs.
I hate this bank to the fullest. They lie about things. They told me by getting direct deposit I will receive my paycheck early and they always release it on Friday so they can make more money.
rarely do I feel the need to switch bank after a routine bank visit. This bank can't even do a wire. The employees lack training setting up receiptents. I will close my accounts and bank else where. What a waste of time
I've had a great experience at this place! Each time I've visited, I've been able to get in and out quickly. The staff is really helpful and always addresses my needs promptly.
