We’ve been customers of your bank in Lake Zurich for many years. The reason for that is because of great employees such as Hema. Whenever I come in and if she is working she remembers my name along with what we spoke about during my last visit. What an amazing memory, and what a professional!
This office is not equipped or have the desire to be overly customer friendly. I had a reoccurring charge on my statement that I did NOT sign up for at all. I waited in line for almost an hour for customer service of BOA to then decide to go in person to speak to somebody. When I went to the counter to let the gentleman know of the situation, he said to me that I need to call. I explained that I did and was on hold with no opportunity for even a call back.
