This bank just took away my line of credit out of nowhere; no one ever gave me an explanation. Shitty bank.
As a business owner I went to do a deposit…. No one at the desk… waiting waiting still no one …peeked my head in an office and asked if someone can help us and the lady said I’m not a teller, but I’ll get someone what do you need, I said a deposit…there was three of us standing waiting for deposits and yet still no one comes. I left. Bank Of America closed all their drive-through’s but yet still don’t have anybody at the front desk. What kind of Customer Service is that.
