Sylvia is absolutely wonderful! She is so knowledgeable, and efficiently resolves any issues in a professional and timely fashion. She is also a delight to work and speak with! I always leave with a smile after speaking with her because she fixes everything in a jiff, and we always have such a pleasant conversation. Banco America fue my banco por más de 12 anos y en este año 2023 me serraron my cuenta sin explicacion marque al servicio al cliente ni ellos saber porque serraron la cuenta y luego pregunto como van a regresar my dinero en la cuenta respuesta llamar el siguinte día no se porque motivo me serraron la cuenta no hay explicacion alguna si tienen mucho dinero allí mejor retiran algo Anda mal alli
