We recently worked with Aundi to help get my grandfather’s trust signed over to my dad as the acting trustee, and she was incredible every step of the way. The process has been long and full of hurdles, but Aundi went above and beyond to guide us through it. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping our family get everything resolved correctly. We are so grateful for her support and couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend going to Aundi with your banking needs.
This place is not ADA handicap accessible they say handicap accessible but there's no place for a handicapped person to sit as the seats are way too low there is no close walk ATM. there is no handicap drive up ATM. This place should be reported for its non ADA compliance as it is not ADA compliant. They don't have a walk-up ATM. i despise this branch. how can i have an account. but need “verification” to cash my check. ??? that i cash every 2 weeks !!… avoid this place at all cost not worth your headache
Aundi Fodor was incredibly helpful and kind, she really took her time explaining everything to me, i am really grateful that it was her i got to work with
Trash service. Was in line when I was sat on the side by the person in charge just so they could help other people… then call me to the same location the helped. Lady’s legs gave out on the floor and tried to help but offering a chair but “chairs weren’t allowed in the lobby” according to the guy in charge. So the lady kept waiting in line in the floor sitting. Once it was my turn the ride guy who asked what I needed all I needed was a Pin reset told me I couldn’t do it due to me having an expired ID.
