Since I work in retail business for years I know what is good customer service or not.I use this location occasionally for last 10 years and customer service was good, ok,average but now its terrible. Do your self favor and go somewhere else. Old lady on dask today besicly was yelling on me that all customer in line could hear how much money I need to withdraw from my account for my vacation. She ask very unfriendly for my ID and she trow to me back ID. Can someone else do job accept this women. Or everyone on this location ... read more
West time for nothing
So I went in there today to try to deposit half dollars. And they refused me. I've been a customer of Bank of America for well over 10 years. I have a business account a regular account and a credit card. I will never come back to this bank again. And the manager was rude, they're lucky, they're getting one star
