Not sure what the manager and admin is doing . They’re always have one window open and a long line of 20 people waiting at 9:30 am 9:45 am seriously somebody needs to go to work and the finally added another person at the window and start moving . They all gave us excuses. Wonder why they’re closing all these banks branches
Went there on 8/5 before 10am. I was #10 in line with only 1 teller. This teller was with 1 customer for 10 minutes. Lots of employees came out to look at the line, then disappeared. A second teller appeared at 10am chatted with the employees (who stare at the line only), and she finally got started at 10:10am. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. 25 minutes to deposit a check and the line was longer as I was leaving.

Dakota was super professional , patient and helpful and so was every employee when I stopped in to pay off my amount :) . All I heard was complaining from the other customers who were in there like some people outta have more patience especially in banks where so much information has to be verified carefully. Shame on some reviews complaining about wait times, have some more understanding <3
Horrible horrible service! Scheduled an appointment for 11 am. Told to have a seat. 30 mins go by so I did the application online. It finally worked which is why I scheduled an appointment because my application wasn’t going through. The lady in the very front seems to be uninterested in her job. She’s not greeting any of the customers that walks in but yet have them waiting in a long line she’s created because she acting as if she’s actually working while sitting in her little chair.
