I walked in the bank and there was 4-5 people on the side and only one teller. The line had at least 5 people waiting. Not sure why nobody else is trained for the teller line. I waited in line for over 30 mins only have 2 people in front of me. This branch needs more staff or training.
If you need to meet one of the specialists, make an appointment; a walk-in is going to take all your time

This location is horrible for small business to use. Got one and only one member support. If they tied up with an appointment. Forget it, 30 minutes wait could not even see the rep. Going to Chase for an alternative.
Ms. Iris Ramizes has a very “special” attitude with us today. 9:51 am for the staff check in for working when you guy open at 9am is very great management. Talk from customer back “you guys only wait 15mins not big deal” when we stay there almost 30mins. Worst experience ever.
