The only branch that has safty deposits box's in the Katy area and they are closed! How am I supposed to access my safty deposits box immediately? They want me to schedule an appointment at a time and day of their choosing. Totally inconvenient. I am being denied access to my property by Bank of America. Absolutely outrageous.Â
