Love the customer service here! I’ve worked with all the tellers, and they’re always friendly and professional. If you come in to cash a check and the teller isn’t able to process it, it’s usually because you don’t have enough funds in your account to cover it in case it bounces, or because the check is made payable to a business. I have always used this bank but they have a new teller named “Luis” who is very problematic and because he is Latino he can treat you badly even though he is Latino… and every time I need to cash a check he simply says that he can only deposit it into my account and he won’t give me cash. I don’t understand his attitude but he gives terrible service.

I have been at this branch on Saturday multiple times and it is closed without notice even when the hours on the website and phone call it says that the bank is open. It is most unprofessional to keep the bank open or closed without any update on the website when the bank feels like it. Customer service is the worst
