I’ve been a customer of this Bank of America branch for almost four years, and I’m very satisfied with their service. Every time I go there, the staff is extremely helpful and efficient. They always help me solve whatever issue I have quickly. Most of the time I’m in and out in less than an hour with everything resolved. Unfortunately I don’t have today the same experience than others that express so much appreciation and dedication from Antony and branch members. I was waiting and watching Antony for more than a half hour back and forth and two associates busy with customers, even if is not the primary job of a manager he should help to open the dam account and not make a customer waste the time for more than a half hour. I will choose another branch or probably another bank for my business account.
Okay, I must say much much respect and appreciation for ANTHONY DIAS and the crew over here at the tuskavilla and red bug rd BOA location for “just doing a damn good job. I mean Anthony stopped his lunch break to come to the counter and really really helped us out… I mean big time, my best BANK OF AMERICA experience I’ve ever had!!! 🫡
I was immediately and kindly greeted upon entering the bank. I was directed to a teller, with no waiting. The teller was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this BOA location.
