I have a mixed relationship with BOA I banked there for over 17 years, and my last experience was not ideal. I visited with a friend, Atika transformed my prior impression into something excellent. She explained that many changes have occurred over the year and suggested I give BOA another chance. I agreed solely because of how she treated me pleasant, courteous, and respectful. You cannot reach anyone by phone. Awful service. The automatated system is designed for you to give up an hang up. Terrible

This is an outstanding branch that still conducts business with a personal touch. Today the manager Christina helped me with a recent deposit and personally took the time to resolve my situation in a matter of minutes. Every time I have been in this bank whether it’s to speak to a teller or about new accounts I have had outstanding service and never had to deal with long lines. unreliable. I opened up an account with urgency to get a check to write. They do not offer temporary checks. I PAID $70 to overnight a few checks. Tomorrow will be day 4 still no checks.
