Bank of America does NOT care about you. They do NOT care about their customers. If you need to call about ANYTHING you get one of those automated systems and it NEVER helps me and it’s absolutely impossible to get a human on the phone. It always takes 45 minutes or more for any kind of calls. The automated system tells you over and over that they are “assisting other customers” and to use the app. If ya’ll don’t want to help people then you can make your automated system say that upfront and you should also include that in ... read more
