This used to be my favorite branch. Now I wouldn't go here again if my life depended on it. I needed my signature notarized on a state form. First they told me that I had to come back in an hour even though there were no other customer in the branch and the notary was in house. Let’s forget about the lack of locations, locations that are closed, and difficulty in speaking with anyone. I had an account for more than 6 years. I finally switched banks and had about $130 in my account. Being 90 minutes from Bank of America, the money sat there. Over the last eight months not only did I get charged for having the account, there were extra fees on top of that, when it got to a negative balance. No wonder why everyone leaves this bank chain can't get help at any branch etc staff are unprofessional and bo help i was going to bring my banking back to bank of America but not after today interaction here amd there elm st location in Manchester.
