I bring my grandmother here every week. The security guard always lets us drive up as close as we can and opens the door for her / makes sure she gets in with no problems. Shes 93 years old and he is incredibly patient with her. When she is all done inside he makes sure to wait for her when she comes out so he can open all the doors for her until she gets back safely into my car. I had Bank of America account since 1978. Their service are getting worse all the time. I deposited two check on July 3. The fund won't be available till July 11th. It is ridiculous because nowaday every transaction is done electronically. They used to make partial amount available before the checks were cleared. No more. I wired the money from my other account to cover the outstanding checks It was returned by Bank of America for no reason given and they charge me a $45.00 fee. I was just looking at taking some money money from my business account and the person who served me ,Dee , left me in the middle of service to attend to someone else who was being attended to by another agent without having the courtesy to excuse herself from my service . She was unfriendly and had an attitude as to how much I can withdraw from my account. Not impressed !Â
This is a 5 star Branch.Mgr.Joliah Johnson is tremendous at her job.Her new Senior Banker Stephanie Duckworth is going to be a great addition to the team.I was pleasantly surprised today at how efficient and well run this Bishops corner Branch of Bank of America is operating even being understaffed.Â
