The staff at this branch are super lovely and helpful, however handicapped parking is inconvenient and entry to building is tricky if one were in a wheelchair. There is a BOA drive up ATM machine a few blocks away up near Webster Bank, and another BOA drive up ATM machine about 4-5 miles away next to Goodwill. The only reason for deducting stars is accessibility issues.
