I would like to know how do you speak to a live person at this location? I don't understand why you can't speak to a live person and why you can't just print a transaction history page.
I've been a member of this bank for a long time and I love it. The service in this facility is quick and easy. You just tell them what you need or what you are visiting for and they will do what is needed in matter of minutes. My parents where the ones that told me about this bank and they as well as me are happy to be a part of bank of america.
