Whoever runs this branch is grossly incompetent. Came in to make a quick deposit, when there's zero other customers. The staff were in the backroom doing whatever, they said to give them a few min. Those few min turns into 15 min as I kept waiting and they kept saying to give them a few min. Obviously I left with great disappointment and frustration. I hope they can learn to be more efficient and provide better customer services.

"I visited Bank of America yesterday to deposit a check, but the experience was frustratingly inefficient. The teller seemed uncertain about the process and frequently left me to assist her colleague, who appeared equally unsure. The manager had to intervene to validate the check, but it seemed like the teller was directing the manager's actions.
