Not even joking, about 1/3 if the time their ATM isn't dispensing cash. Even the walk up (not drive up) ATM sometimes isn't dispensing cash either. Then you go inside to get cash and there's one person working with a long line. I think it's reasonable to assume I can easily get access to my own cash when I need it and this location isn't a safe bet.
