This bank is so slow and no one cares it’s sad. This should just be an atm location because it lacks concern, speed, customer service, no mater what time of day you come in here you will wait in line for 20 mins or more! I can see that in a busy bank! It doesn’t even be busy it be one teller and everyone else doing something else and even after seeing a line or people waiting long they will not stop what they are doing to assist!! Like why is this bank here?
Hice un depósito de 1,500.00 y solo me depositaron 1,400.00 le dije que era más me dijo que la máquina lo contó pero yo estoy segura lo que llevaba por que lo conté 4 veces para no tener error y los puse en paquete indicando cuántos billetes llevaba y de cantidad. Y la sonrisa de la cajera que me asia es la que no me dejó tranquila que ise mi reporte al banco por qué estoy segura lo que llevaba.
Extremely long lines and hardly have enough teller to help. Al lot of customers in this area that like to bank the old fashions way in my neighborhood. At least have more tellers to cover breaks and don’t let customers stand in lines for more than 20 minutes
