I don't recommend this bank. They take a long time. I came at nine and left at eleven. Apparently they have no idea what they do and the manager of that bank doesn't look at their performance. I always usually go to Bloomfield ct there they attend quickly and the manager is aware that all customers are attended. I understand that one must be an appointment but I didn't like this bank
Lazy teller's can even cash me a check last week from CT lottery, both put up a excuse for not doing it. I went to BOA town of New Britain and no problem cashing the check there for me.
