I had an appointment there, and I’m very pleased with the experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made the process easy and stress-free.Â
I've been with BOA for over 35yrs and never have I've seen such poor and unprofessional service thats to be blamed on poor management allowing there staff to service people like this.i waited for over 30mins I just walked out. No I will never go back to that branch. Something needs to be done.Â

I don't recommend this bank for customer service. They are very slow and there is only one person at the cashier and the other one, I don't know what she is doing looking at the computer Â
