I opened my account at this bank, but I never received my card and because of this im not able to acess my account. Total disregard for customers....
Debolina is exceptional,she is customer oriented,very professional and thorough and I was very happy with her work.
Shelby is so helpful! She was able to find a t St opulent for me that customer service couldn't even find when I called the 800 number. I specifically go to this branch because she has been so helpful even though I live closer to the Bishops Corner Branch.
On Friday, I had an unfortunate experience with teller Shelby S.- who inserted herself when another teller was working with my daughter. Unfortunately customer service and communication seem to not be prioritized at this particular institution. It also appears if you are Black , certain policies/ red tape and bureaucracy come into play.... So without getting into the details , my elderly mother was harassed via phone while driving just so Shelby could verify that she actually wrote a check- we brought to the bank to cash....... read more
