Shelby is so helpful! She was able to find something for me that customer service couldn't even find when I called the 800 number. I specifically go to this branch because she has been so helpful even though I live closer to the Bishops Corner Branch.
Today around 9:40 AM, I walked into the Bank of America branch on N. Main St. in West Hartford to wire money. There were three available tellers, one woman who appeared to be a manager, and not a single customer in the branch. Instead of helping me complete the wire in person, they told me to do it through the app. While I was clearly in a rush and struggling to figure it out, the staff stood around watching rather than stepping in to assist. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Eric A. (Business banker) for his help today. I had a difficult to meet time limit today and Eric went above and beyond to personally make sure I was able to make the deadline. Thank you Eric!
