I never ordered foreign currency from BofA before so I visited and I was quickly assisted by Aida. She was very helpful! I didn't know you can order foreign currency from the app but I'm still glad I stopped by. The environment was clean and parking was easily accessible.
Bad attitude, bad service , and a service customer deplorable behavior why? Well let me tell you I was needing a simple copy of a statement for my mortgage account, a simple print , a simple transaction and they make me feel like I was asking for the blueprints of the White House everything in that bank is a bureaucracy plain and simple. I definitely never recommend this bank don’t believe me just ask anybody else about services and you will hear a bad review about them’
