I recently had a set of complex financial transactions to deal with and fortunately found myself working with the Mechanicsville branch of the BoA. Terrible customer service
I would give this place a zero if I could. A check was deposited without my permission and I was unable to receive any funds. The representative who helped me was rude and showed no compassion. I will not be returning.
