Both of the external ATM machines were down and I had to park and go inside to use the internal machine. I had just had surgery. Terrible for Bank of America to close all of its drive through banking service windows, especially for the elderly customer. Whoever got their big bonus for submitting and enacting that decision should be thrown out of banking. Worst location how is it a 2-3hr wait for someone to open up a new account. As if they don’t new customers. Such an inconvenience that I have to drive 20us minutes for a decent location!!!
I recently had a set of complex financial transactions to deal with and fortunately found myself working with the Mechanicsville branch of the BoA. I worked with Manager Andrew and his entire staff over the past 7 months. They were all knowledgeable, professional, and courteous beyond any interactions I've had with other banks or credit unions that I've worked with over the past 50 years.
