Very clean and good looking location. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Knew their stuff and had a good teamwork approach.

When will companies stop having a listed phone number if there is not a way to speak to a human? WHY ELSE WOULD I WANT TO CALL?
Charge an 8 dollar fee for non-bank member to cash any denomination of check. A veteran wrote me a 15 dollar check and this bank was going to charge me 8 dollars to cash it simply because I would rather bank at a better institution. Such as a credit union or any other bank for that matter. I just return the check to the gentleman and considered it a free service. Also advised him to look into changing banks. This greedy garbage company has not changed in 30 years. Can't even talk to a person when you call. Never getting my business again. TRASH.
