Very helpful & professional staff. Resolved all our concerns within minutes.
Virtually impossible to speak to an associate and even harder to make a payment on any loan through them. Would not recommend doing any business with this bank
They’re never open. Their lobby is always backed up and they are unable to service their clients and they cannot keep their doors open. Even their Oklahoma City locations are closed. What are we supposed to do when we have our money at Bank of America. We remove it to another bank that will service us on Mondays and other weekdays. Shame on this location I would recommend you guys pull your money out and put it elsewhere. It’s not like you’re making any money off this location
Terrible stay away. Customer service is not here at all. Shame on them. I will be closing my account and going somewhere else.
If someone writes you a check from this bank and you want to cash it here, they will charge you an $8.00 fee…..for cashing their own check smh. Oh and the drive thru is shut down and there is only one person working. I was the 6th person in line
