I went in on Friday to change my last name and the internet was down. I understand that cannot be helped, but when you tell me you will be open on Saturday from 9-2 and I show up at 10 and you are closed it really sucks. I wasn't the only one that was waiting for you to open. No note on the door just locked up. Next time be upfront with your clients if you are not going to show up.
I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews, but I had a very pleasant experience today! Judy was very nice and we didn't have to wait too long. She was nice to my 4yr old son as well, I hope we didnt annoy her too much. They also have tellers that speak spanish here, very cool
DO NOT BANK WITH BOA!! They have been holding my funds for 2 weeks I was told they would be released 4 days later, then I get a letter 7 days later saying they will be released that Monday, then I was told 4 more days. Still no funds so I called again and am getting ANOTHER day!! They do not care, call you a liar and dismiss any complaints.
I haven't had account here for very long and I am already seeing problems, I am seriously considering closing this account and pulling every dime out of their control, since I cannot reach anyone on the phone I am requesting a call from a district manager or a regional manager, or a number I can contact them ? This bank needs to get it together or be shut down till they can get proper employees to operate the bank, this must be the bank that special people work out
