I had a seamless experience at my appointment today with Wally Pereira-Olson. He was super friendly and took the time to walk me through the account opening process without any pressure. Getting set up with a credit card was a breeze too. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Wally if you're looking to open an account - great guy to work with! Almost forgot to mention my appointment ran long but they didn’t rush me through and stayed until I got sorted. 5 star location and 5 star rep.
The experience I had today with “Melissa” was extremely unpleasant! ! Totally unprofessional on so many levels . No general manners just a complete disgrace. If you don’t want to work you can go get on that unemployment line 😒 This was the icing on the cake & Because of this experience I will NEVER bank with BOA !!
If you’re trying to speak to someone on the phone, good luck with that. You physically have to come into the branch to get something taken care of. Most people work and don’t get off in time. They would have to either go to work later or leave work early. Please fix this situation!!!
