The experience I had today with “Melissa” was extremely unpleasant! ! Totally unprofessional on so many levels . No general manners just a complete disgrace. If you don’t want to work you can go get on that unemployment line 😒 This was the icing on the cake & Because of this experience I will NEVER bank with BOA !!
If you’re trying to speak to someone on the phone, good luck with that. You physically have to come into the branch to get something taken care of. Most people work and don’t get off in time. They would have to either go to work later or leave work early. Please fix this situation!!!
I had a relatively straightforward issue about replacing an ATM card last week in California, I spent more than an hour in a Bank of America Cali and they couldn’t sort the issue out and wanted me to book in for another appointment with a banker - that would’ve been my third visit to try to sort the matter out.
