Today my daughter got her first job and wanted to open up a bank account. We walked in three minutes to closing not knowing the branch closed at 4 PM. Adrian said no problem I’ll help. He helped my daughter open up her first savings and checking account. I don’t understand the other negative reviews. As I only encountered a wonderful customer service and Team. Thank you to everyone who helped my daughter start her new adventure.
BOA is garbage. I’ve had them for years and years. Their values and customer service aren’t the same. They never ..NEVER do the same thing twice. Why do credit unions pay you your paycheck before a bank will. And then ask the bank their reason, they’ll blame it on your employer. Suncoast credit unions or Midflorida credit union. Close your BOA account. Your missing out staying with BOA
Been a BofA customer for many years. Used to be a fantastic institution to work with but no more. I entered this branch today to execute a simple deposit transaction, but what a total fiasco that turned out to be. The one teller on line endlessly chatting with a customer and dragging out the transaction. Some of us work and need to get in and out quickly, unfortunately this was not the case.
