This location has the best costumer service. Every time I go there they do their best to help in a very nice and professional way. Bank of America El Dorado Hills branch employees are friendly and very warm. Alexander Mendiola, who deals with our account transactions, is successful in his job, polite and a very good person. He handled our transactions quickly and comfortably. We thank him and his teammates for everything.
The branches which have people’s safe box should be open on Saturday even for a short period of time. They used to be opened before Covid. On weekdays, they close sooner than other banks too. Why? They have one teller in the bank and sometimes you have to wait for a long time.
