Im a bofa customer and I walked in to make some change. I needed 100 ones for my business and they gave me the excuse that the vault is closed during business hours and that they couldn't help me. What's the use of a bank? I get it if I wasn't a customer and I just wanted change but really? This is how you help your customers?
Love this bank. It's been there at that location for more than 50 years.
Terrible customer service and teller portion is always closed.
