Service was excellent and very professional!
I left two messages for a financial person no call back. They also told me to go to a different branch.
I used the middle external ATM and had difficulty getting cash. It gave a strange response. I used the left ATM and withdrew $300 on December 28. I never use my debit for anything but ATM withdrawals. On December 30 I received a notice from Bank of America that someone used my debit number in Arkansas to buy something from Walmart. Perhaps the middle ATM had a skimmer. Your branch should check it. I tried to phone the branch without any luck.
