Fantastic service at this branch. New manager and new personal bankers. Since this is basically a new group of employees, the older negative reviews should be ignored. Too bad the algorithm includes reviews about employees that no longer work there. Ms. Bates is THE incredible new manager. Always trying to help ; and SUCCEEDING . And she’s bilingual. This is TOTALLY an A team.Â
Very rude teller & Mgr. I was trying to cash a check from my employer & I was treated like a third class citizen because I didn't have an account with bofa. This type of customer service is the exact reason why I don't have an account with bofa.Â
