I would give them Zero star if that possible , worst experience we had with Bank Of America in general … we were looking to purchase a house we put the application and they requested all the documents needed and they kept circling around with the same information over and over for more than a month, the underwriter were looking for a reason to deny the application where we financially solid .. whoever was the underwriter kept asking to explain same information until they denied the application for NONSENSE reason , now we lo... read more

Mr. Menendez went above and beyond with helping my 90 year old mother with a difficult wire transfer. He was very professional, courteous and was instrumental in completing the transfer. He deserves a raise. Thank you Ed Rossiter

I when to have some stuff changed in my account but I was told to make an appointment. And when I asked when she can give me an appointment,she said maybe in a week since they don’t have enough people to help. Shame on BOFA, I was told to go to a different place. Where I live there is an arm only not a physical location. So this is my closest, about 40 minutes away. Just keep this in mind when going to this place.
