The amount of incompetence I experienced yesterday seriously needs to be addressed. I came to the downtown Hartford Bank Of American to get a paper notarized and it was an absolute disaster. I got there early and told them I am waiting for someone to complete the paperwork and they took me right away. Had an appointment for 11:30 with the manager... the manager actually left. He could've cared less about our scheduled appointment after having confirmed by phone twice and he having to reschedule. I show up and no one knows what I'm here for and eventually I'm told he's gone. Complete waste of my time. Why would anyone want to do buisness in a place that lacks professionalism?! Then you have a bunch of young kids who barely know what they're talking about working in the back opening accounts. Beware of this branch
Vladimir was such a delight. I went from the other Washington office in Hartford to this one, and he was extremely welcoming and helped me with what I needed. Give him a raise immediately
Not visiting as often as I used to. When I do come here, the service is very good.
