We have been loyal Bank of America customers for 33 years and are Premier members. Our recent experience at this branch, however, was extremely disappointing. As scheduled, we visited this location to have a document notarized, only to be turned away by Ms. Le, because a witness was required. In similar situations, other notary places have routinely arranged for another employee to serve as a witness, allowing us to complete the notarization without difficulty.
