It’s absolutely terrible. Things used to run smoothly when Chinese staff were in charge—efficiency was high and issues were easily resolved—but the switch to Korean management has been a total disaster. The staff speak Korean and are extremely rude to customers; there is a lazy, middle-aged Korean man—bald and wearing a suit—who is incredibly impolite. The handover process is a mess, efficiency is abysmal, and I waited hours without anyone helping to resolve my issue.
I have to highlight my experience with Ms Isabel Rodriguez because she was OUTSTANDING! She was so kind , sweet and attentive while handling my situation. I was there two hours finishing up the closing of my recently passed mothers account and even while having to stay after hours to finish everything Isabel was so patient and supportive. Couldn’t recommend her and this branch enough for their amazing service and dedication!
