Only had one teller with a line of over 10 people, I was late to work and got fired thanks BOA 💔
Customer service is not priority. One notary on duty at 3:30 pm the Thursday before the 4th of July. She was busy with a customer. Asked staff if I needed to sit and wait for her to be done. Staff said to try the Mesquite location since they are open til 5. I said “no thank you” and walked out. Do better “Bank of America”. You’re definitely not living up to your name.
Made an appointment for 11:30, however did not get put back into the room at 11:48. Then, we waited an additional 5 minutes before someone came back to help us. This was after someone else showed up after us and was assisted before we were helped. The person who assisted us was wonderful once we got into the office and that is the only reason why we gave two stars. Overall service was poor to begin with.
Went inside to deposit a paycheck into my account. There were 2 people ahead of me. I was in front of a teller within 3 minutes. Out the door 3 minutes later. Fast and convenient.
