Made an appointment for 11:30, however did not get put back into the room at 11:48. Then, we waited an additional 5 minutes before someone came back to help us. This was after someone else showed up after us and was assisted before we were helped. The person who assisted us was wonderful once we got into the office and that is the only reason why we gave two stars. Overall service was poor to begin with.
Went inside to deposit a paycheck into my account. There were 2 people ahead of me. I was in front of a teller within 3 minutes. Out the door 3 minutes later. Fast and convenient.
Llegué a hacer un trámite y la señorita nos dijo que nos atendería y estuvimos más de una hora esperando, atendió a otras personas que acababan de ingresar al lugar sin cita previa, antes que a nosotros y luego dijo que no podía atendernos porque necesito cita y esta llena esta y la próxima semana, nos podía haber ahorrado esperar para nada.
