Worst Bank of America location I have ever visited, the whole staff here is rude, they assist customers voicing their personal information in front of other customers at the lobby, they disrespect pretty much everyone inside the agency, made me wait for over 35 minutes after having an appointment scheduled at an specific time and when finally could talk to the person I had the appointment with the welcome greeting was "first to all let me tell you that you are late", they are very unprofessional at this location, the name of... read more
Erica This lady gave me a hard time trying to cash a check was very rude and had an attitude also ignored my questions I don’t recommend coming to do business here very unprofessional and rude.

Long wait and had to be put on the waitlist for a document to be notarized that I just quickly needed to be signed. Honestly a waste of a trip and disappointed as a BofA customer.
