I am a civil attorney who does my personal and business banking with BOA for my solo practice. I’ve banked with them for the 6 years I’ve had my practice and have never been treated how I was today. I went into this location to deposit a check into my client trust account that was made out to myself, my client, and and a lien holder. No one will answer the phone and the Preston Center location is temporarily closed. Glad I have other banking relationships.
