The worst customer service is at this bank. The lady at the front desk offers no solutions. I've gone several times to reset my PIN, and the manager is never there on hold, only to provide poor service. I'm a customer! I'd better leave, and you do the same.
I tried to withdraw $400 from the drive-through on 02/26. The ATM did NOT dispense the cash, I went to the front of the building an took out the $400 from that ATM. I disputed the first transaction. So far I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED my $400 !!! REGULATION E states that bank have 48 hours to credit the account while they investigate. NOT THE CASE HERE. I WILL NOT ALLOW THIS BANK TO STEAL MY MONEY.

Worst BOA in dallas. The lines are disgusting in the drive thru. Almost takes an hour to make a deposit. This is because only one atm works at a time. ALWAYS!!!
