I’ve banked with BOA for over a decade, and I’ve never dealt with a lobby employee as rude or unprofessional as Hanan West. She interrupted me multiple times—three times in the span of one sentence—and talked over me before she even understood what I was asking. Don’t go here for notary services! They made us wait a whole hour even though we already made an appt. Then they told us they don’t have witnesses available to sign. Such BS, just get any of the bank workers walking around the bank to sign. 🤦♀️ such a waste of our time. We ended up going across the street to UPS to do it and got it done in 15 minutes!
