Worse customer service staff is super rude everything requires appointments it does not make sense. They will literally have customer sitting down while 2 people in the lobby. When you ask question they try to act smart buy saying “call customer service again” very unprofessional!
Been with this bank for 30+ years. Just stopped in to setup an additional account and was told by Eva that she couldn't do it eventhough she didn't have an appointment for 40+ minutes and there was no one else there. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be moving over all assets and money to another financial institution. There is a reason they are rated so low. Don't waste your time with these idiots.

The worst customer service and staff is so rude. Need some education or training.
Talk about a poorly managed business. They say they are open but as soon as you walk in, they ask what you need and make excuses as to why you can't do business in that particular location. I walked in on 7/22/24 at 2:40 pm. I'm met by someone carrying a tablet as soon as I walk in, they ask what I need and I respond by saying I need to make a deposit.
