Terrible place, the wait time is over the roof, all staff is out for 3h lunch
These hours are hard enough for people to make work, at least be open. Not the first time they’ve been closed inside their operating hours. When they are open, the line is always insane.
I wish I would just give them 0 stars !!! I do not have any idea how they still keep open this branch, they are not even able to open a bank account, they gave me a appointment and I was there on time and when I got there they told me that the banker is not there and they have to reschedule my appointment.
I have no words, I usually go to the location that is further on Greenville avenue, (costumer service is 5 stars there) but this one is closer to me so I decided to schedule an appointment for 9:30am (my first time at this location). I arrived at 9:30am there was nobody welcoming costumers (I noticed other people walking in and not been greeted and one actually thought I was an employee there hahaha).
