that’s why they have 2 stars of negative reviews I opened a credit card with Bank of America, and because it’s World Cup season, they were promoting free wristbands for customers. I was told to come to this specific branch to pick one up. When I arrived, I politely explained that I only wanted one wristband for my son. Even after opening the account, they refused to give me one, saying it had to be picked up at that exact location and on a specific day. What absolute lovely people! Just opened a checking account and everyone was so kind and accommodating. I call bs on the maps rating! These people are awesome.
Excellent customer service. I needed to open a new account. Daylee helped me with everything I needed. She was very nice as well as professional. She answered all my questions and even remembered me the next day at a different location. Great attention to detail.
