This branch is a major disappointment for the name of the bank. Their staff is always short, notaries are never available, and their ATMs are out of service constantly. Seriously thinking about switching banks because of such poor service
Why can’t anyone answer on customer service? I’ve been on hold for about 40 minutes. Called another customer line and again being on hold or the automated system simply kicks me off the line. Like I would just like some help from an actual person. I get a lot of things can be done through the app truly I get. But sometimes the app acts up and makes it difficult to get what I need to get done fixed.
