Shocked. I am in town helping my mother close out her Bank of America account as they are closing branches in this area. Very short notice. I was a bit shocked at how low her interest on her accounts were. They have their banking in mobile trailers with no handicap access at all. Very disappointing. #bankofamerica #banking #ada #disabled #interest

The owner of this building housing bank of America on Olympia in punta gorda is really dragging his feet on repairs. We have to do our banking in a parking lot. The next closest bofa is at least 8 miles from here if not more. I was told today we will probably have this mess until the new year. I'd personally love to speak to that building owner. He probably bank's somewhere else.

This branch of Bank of America has changed their hours, 10AM to 4PM , 6 hours for bank business is not what I would consider good customer service. I guess that we should be happy that they are open at all. What happened to....9 to 5 ..... ?

Once I get some personal accounts CLOSED. I will leave BoA. Terrible service. What? There is NO 'Service.' So, how can it be 'Terrible?' The people seem fine and capable. Just damn near impossible to get in touch with one. Oh yes, why 'impossible to in touch with open of them?' You can go by bank and likely standing long line with only 1 teller working. Just called this BoA, and was automatically disconnected... As some might say, 'I'd give them a "O" if it was one of the options.

I called to speak to a commercial loan officer to get assistance and advice for a commercial transaction. Got the automated system that coldly told me to schedule an appointment on-line. I'm not in town and my business is clearly not important to BOA. If BOA didn't have such a good mobile app, I'd be a customer somewhere else.
