Be careful! They profile and freeze accounts based on race. My uncle is from Lebanon and they froze his account without reason. We've been trying to get it open for weeks. Make sure you can afford a lawyer if you bank here, because they said they can and will freeze accounts without reason when they want.
Literally called for about hour straight and no answer in English or Spanish. No its not a holiday so the bank is open and no it wasn't lunch time and this was after being on the phone with corporate that told me specifically to ask my local bank cause they didn't know

Bank of America is the worst!! The competence of their people matches their casual attire -- incompetent and unprofessional. You should always expect a wait because they have only one teller on duty. Today I learned you cannot make a cash deposit on behalf of a family member. Only the account owner can make a cash deposit. That makes no sense whatsoever!
