Walk-in wait time was a little bit long. But the staff (his title is Business Solutions Advisor, left side, second desk facing the offices) is informative and friendly. He clearly explained my tax form questions and made the process much easier to understand.
Dont go at lunch Long lines ,8 dollar charges for non bank of America account. Check was issued by bank of America Please blockbuster Bank lobbies. They need extinction i counted 15 employees 2 actually working to slim line down

I think Horacio was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he assist me with every single question I could’ve possibly had , he also personally walked me through all of the i s and outs of opening my business account. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I am very grateful for everything he did for me and will be making sure to utilize him when I come back for a follow up meeting !
