I have had to deal with several different Bank of America's in different states. They are all horrible to deal with. They definitely do not believe in customer service.

I have been a Bank of America customer for over 40 years Bank of America in Brunswick I find everyone who works there knows their job and does it well
Terrible customer service - went there today to obtain a debit card Parked in "their" back parking lot, as we were walking to the front door, some guy sitting in a white pickup truck called to us and asked if we were going to do business at Bank of America because if not we couldn't park there...??? What the heck? Then we spoke to a teller, he couldn't help, asked us to have a seat and someone would help us... 35 minutes later we are still sitting there with no communication.... ended up walking out. Use to have them untill they made my account overdrawn over 300.00 and went to checksystems not on there now thank.god 0.00 balances customers got dont bank here period horrible customer service bank elsewhere td bank way better
