Every time I call Bank of America, they remind me I am a “valued customer” of twenty-five years. But those words have about as much weight as paper money in a flooded street. I kept one credit card paid off for emergencies. By mistake, I used it. When I caught it, I was one day past the grace period on a $25 minimum payment. One day. Twenty-five dollars. Highly recommended bank branch. VIP service from the bank staff and especially from the manager David. The staff at the bank is always courteous, professional, helpful and takes care of all the customer's needs.
If I could give a minus rating I would. The assistant manager nicole sent me over to customer service where I spent 3 hours waiting totalk to someone. BofA has really gone down hill.
The teller was very helpful and patient with me when I came in to generate a cashier's check for the first time.
So helpful with all my needs today. Thanks to the entire staff. Feel like family and friends . Wonderful
