Terrible customer service - went there today to obtain a debit card Parked in "their" back parking lot, as we were walking to the front door, some guy sitting in a white pickup truck called to us and asked if we were going to do business at Bank of America because if not we couldn't park there...??? What the heck? Then we spoke to a teller, he couldn't help, asked us to have a seat and someone would help us... 35 minutes later we are still sitting there with no communication.... ended up walking out. Use to have them untill they made my account overdrawn over 300.00 and went to checksystems not on there now thank.god 0.00 balances customers got dont bank here period horrible customer service bank elsewhere td bank way better
My daughter lives in Brunswick and tried to put money in our account. They wouldn't let her without one of us there. We live over an hour away, it's an absolutely ridiculous rule. Local CU's have always just deposited, given a receipt with identifying factors blacked out. What kind of inflexible BS is this? This is why we keep a CU, because this bank has too many problems and too few locations.
