Absolutely incompetent with most everything. Required 6 1 hour visits (@45' each way) to get them to set and transfer Trust accuont information. Today, I called bank and on the phone they scheduled an appointment today... got e-mail 1 minute later saying it was cancelled and I could not set up another appointment to come in FOR ONE MONTH!!! They NEVER answer the local phone. Unbelievable. Incompetent.
I have had to deal with several different Bank of America's in different states. They are all horrible to deal with. They definitely do not believe in customer service.
