The best financial center ever!
Only 1 teller every-time I go in there. Always at least a 10 minute wait. Then they have managers aimlessly walking around watching a line of 5 get bigger….
Absolutely incompetent with most everything. Required 6 1 hour visits (@45' each way) to get them to set and transfer Trust accuont information. Today, I called bank and on the phone they scheduled an appointment today... got e-mail 1 minute later saying it was cancelled and I could not set up another appointment to come in FOR ONE MONTH!!! They NEVER answer the local phone. Unbelievable. Incompetent.
