Terrible location….also sign on the door says location will be closed on Aug 10 not today. Make better signs with correct information
More then an 5Star Service.
Terrible customer service. I try calling multiple times, no one answers. I live down the road so I try going in to speak with someone about getting a temporary debit card since mine is no longer working. They say I need to make an appointment to sit with someone about getting a new card. Maybe if you’d answer the phones I could make an appointment.
Bank of America has closed locations & drive throughs & does not have sufficient staff to support it's customers. Went to multiple locations & all had long lines & persons in line told me it is that way every day. Plan on spending an hour or longer just to see a teller. I'll be looking to switch banks.
